The Cosmopor E dressing features a sterile non-woven outer layer, an absorbent cellulose/polyester pad at the centre and a hypoallergenic, skin-friendly adhesive border. The backing is breathable and latex-free. Materials are chosen to be low-linting and compatible with sensitive skin.
How to Use
- Wash and dry hands, then clean the wound according to clinical guidance.
- Open the sterile package and remove the dressing without touching the absorbent pad.
- Peel the protective layers and position the 8 x 15 cm pad directly over the wound.
- Smooth the adhesive edges to ensure a secure, leak-resistant seal. Replace dressing if soiled or saturated.
