Orders
How do I place an order?
Click the “Add to cart” button on a product, then proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Follow the checkout steps to complete your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order is required. Orders over R700 qualify for free delivery.
Is there a limit on how much I can order?
Some products or promotions may have quantity limits per customer.
Order Changes
Can I edit my order before checkout?
Yes. Open your cart to add/remove items or update quantities before completing payment.
Can I change or add items after placing my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at help@med365.co.za with your order number.
We’ll try assist before your order is processed, but changes aren’t guaranteed once packing has started.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Product Availability
What if a product is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are usually not available for purchase online.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund the affected item.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your area.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress.
How do I track my order?
Go to the “Track Your Order” option in the footer under Support and enter your order details.
Your Account
How do I view my orders?
Log in to “My Account” from the menu to view your order history.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still don’t see it, log into your account to confirm your order or contact support.
Payments & Invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via PayGate, as well as EFT (bank transfer).
Please note that EFT payments are not instant and orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and see a confirmation screen after payment. Your cart will also be cleared.
Will I receive an invoice?
No, invoices are not automatically included. If you require one, please email our support team at help@med365.co.za and we will assist you.
