Composition: cotton gauze impregnated with calcined gypsum (calcium sulfate hemihydrate), commonly known as Plaster of Paris. Bandage dimensions: 10 cm width x 3 m length. Breathable cotton substrate for good conformability and handling.

1. Prepare the limb and apply appropriate padding or stockinette to protect the skin.
2. Immerse the bandage briefly in clean water and squeeze out excess water until damp.
3. Apply in overlapping layers, molding the bandage to the required shape while malleable.
4. Initial set occurs in approx. 5–10 minutes; avoid disturbing the cast during this period.
5. Full strength is generally achieved within 24–48 hours; follow local clinical protocols for weight-bearing and aftercare.
6. Intended for use by trained healthcare professionals or under professional supervision.
