Measure the required length and wrap the 100mm Soffban roll evenly around the limb to provide a uniform cushion beneath the cast or splint. Overlap slightly to ensure complete coverage and smooth any creases before applying plaster or fiberglass. Use as a single layer for minor support or multiple layers where extra padding is required. Trim to fit anatomically around bony prominences. Dispose of according to facility waste protocols.
