Ingredients

Herbal ingredient amounts per 5ml:

  • Alpinia galanga (Kulanjan) rhizome: 40mg.
  • Trikatu: 40mg, comprising equal amounts of Adrak rhizome, Kalimirch fruit and Pippali fruit.
  • Foeniculum vulgare (Saunf) seeds: 30mg.
  • Emblica officinalis (Amla) fruit: 50mg.
  • Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) whole plant: 50mg.
  • Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root: 50mg.

Preservatives: sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl hydroxybenzoate and benzoic acid.

How to Use

Unless a healthcare provider gives different directions:

  • Shake well before use.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 years: take 5ml three times daily before meals.
  • Adolescents aged 12 to 18 years: take 5ml to 10ml three times daily before meals.
  • Adults: take 10ml three times daily before meals.
