ACS Softlens All in 1 Solution 360ml is a multipurpose solution for cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting and storing soft contact lenses. It removes protein deposits and helps keep lenses moist for comfortable wear.

Key Benefits

  • Removes protein deposits, dirt and debris from soft contact lenses.
  • Disinfects lenses as part of lens care.
  • Helps retain lens moisture and reduce dryness for wearing comfort.
Ingredients

Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium edetate, polyhexanide, poloxamer, hypromellose and sodium phosphate buffer in an aqueous solution.

How to Use
  • Wash and rinse your hands, then dry them with a clean, lint-free towel before handling lenses. Start with the same eye each time to avoid mixing up lenses.
  • For the rub-and-soak method, place a lens in your palm and apply at least 3 drops to each surface. Rub gently backwards and forwards for 10 seconds on each side.
  • Rinse both sides thoroughly with the solution, gently rubbing the lens between your thumb and forefinger.
  • Put the lens in the case and add enough solution to immerse it fully. Close the cap tightly and repeat for the other lens. Soak for at least 4 hours before insertion.
  • For the rub-free method, rinse each lens thoroughly and soak for at least 6 hours without rubbing. This option is best suited to lenses replaced monthly or sooner. Rubbing is preferred for conventional soft lenses.
Caution & Storage
  • Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient.
  • Do not use if the tamper-evident ring is broken before first use.
  • Prevent contamination by keeping the nozzle tip away from all surfaces.
  • Store between 5°C and 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use after the expiry date. Use within one month of opening.
  • Clean and disinfect lenses before reinserting them. Always use fresh solution and never reuse solution left in the case. Change the solution every day, even when the lenses are not worn.
  • Do not rinse or store lenses in tap water. Keep lenses fully immersed in solution and do not wear them unless fully hydrated.
  • Keep the lens case clean and leave it open to air-dry after cleaning. Replace it at least every three months.
  • Avoid strong or oily soaps when washing your hands. Handle lenses over a clean, smooth surface and close the sink plug if using a basin.
  • Check that lenses are not inside-out before insertion. Do not wear nicked or torn lenses or sleep in them. Do not exceed the recommended wearing period.
  • Keep fingernails short and smooth, and avoid touching lenses with them. Do not rub your eyes after inserting lenses. To reposition a lens, use your eyelid rather than pressing directly on the lens with a finger.
  • Keep lotions, soaps, creams, deodorants, hair sprays and cosmetics, especially metallic powders, away from lenses. Apply make-up after inserting lenses and remove lenses before removing make-up. Avoid eyeliner that may stain lenses.
  • Avoid wearing lenses around fumes, irritating vapours, smoke or dust. Wear swimming goggles when swimming with lenses.
  • If unusual eye symptoms occur, remove your lenses and stop wearing them. Seek medical advice if necessary and attend regular check-ups with your eye-care practitioner.
