Amounts per 7.5g of powder:

• Mineral salts: Calcium citrate tetrahydrate 145mg, calcium phosphate dibasic 974mg, dimagnesium phosphate trihydrate 244mg, magnesium citrate 315mg, potassium bicarbonate 783mg and potassium citrate monohydrate 870mg.
• Elemental minerals provided: Calcium 254mg, magnesium 59mg, phosphorus 219mg and potassium 619mg.
• Homeopathic proprietary blend: A.Vogel Urticalcin 1000mg, providing Urtica dioica L. and/or Urtica urens L. at D1, silicon dioxide at D6, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate at D6, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate at D6 and Ostrea edulis L. at D4.
• Botanical extract: Malpighia glabra fruit 100mg, providing vitamin C botanical extract 5mg.
• Other ingredients: Lemon flavour, mannitol, silicon dioxide and stevia.
• sugars: Lactose, not more than 980mg, maltodextrin, not more than 50mg, and mannitol 2722mg.
• sweetener: Stevia 35.25mg.

• For oral use only.
• Adults aged 18 years and older: Take 1 heaped teaspoon, approximately 7.5g, once daily.
• Mix in a large glass of water and stir well before drinking.
• Take on an empty stomach.

• If you miss a dose, do not take a double dose to make up for it.

• Store at or below 25°C in a cool, dry place, in the original package with the container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children and do not store in a bathroom.
• Do not use after the expiry date. Return unused medicine to a pharmacist and do not dispose of it in drains or sewerage systems.
